Netflix has released the official trailer and poster for the upcoming German original series Dark, it will air on Netflix December 1. Watch the trailer below.
Dark is set in the little German town of Winden in the present day, where the disappearance of two young children exposes the double lives and fractured relationships among four families. In 10 hour-long episodes, the story takes on a supernatural twist that ties back to the same town in 1986, opening abysses that turn the concept of time on its head. The question is not who has kidnapped the children… but when.
Dark is a complex and terrifying mystery-drama-series: a complex puzzle full of turns. amazing camerawork and the realistic acting with a lot of interesting characters, all of whom have a connection to the town’s tortured history, and they don’t even know about it.
Dark premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival.
I have to say I am intrigued and cannot wait to see that show when it finally airs on Netflix.
