New OBLIVION Iceland Featurette

Focusing on the post-apocalyptic sci-fi film’s location shoots, the video features star Tom Cruise and director Joseph Kosinski discussing the experience of filming in Iceland.

In anticipation of the release of Oblivion later this month, Universal Pictures has released another featurette for the movie that focuses on Iceland, which is where Joseph Kosinski shot the film. The story is set on a post-apocalyptic Earth 60 years in the future after an alien invasion. Cruise plays commander Jack Harper, who is stationed on Earth and assigned with extracting the planet’s few remaining resources.

I don’t know if you’ve been watching the featurettes for this movie or not, but they’re packed full of really cool, interesting stuff that I think a lot of you might like.
