Silo is an upcoming sci-fi drama television series set to premiere on Apple TV+ on May 5, 2023. Created by acclaimed writer and producer Dawn O’Porter, Silo tells the story of Juliette, an engineer who is on a quest for answers following the death of a loved one. What starts as a personal investigation quickly spirals into a much larger mystery, as Juliette uncovers secrets about the Silo, a community of people who are living in a self-contained underground structure.

As Juliette delves deeper into the workings of the Silo, she begins to question whether the outside world is as dangerous as she has been led to believe. With the help of a diverse group of characters, including David Oyelowo, Rashida Jones, Tim Robbins, Common, Harriet Walter, and others, Juliette sets out to uncover the truth about the Silo and its origins.

The series boasts an impressive ensemble cast, with Anne-Marie Duff in the lead role of Juliette. The show is also executive produced by Emmy Award-winning producer Caryn Mandabach and multi-talented actor and musician Will Smith, among others.

The series is helmed by showrunner Graham Yost, who has previously worked on critically acclaimed series such as Band of Brothers and Justified. The first three episodes are directed by Morten Tyldum, who is best known for directing the Academy Award-winning film The Imitation Game.

The first two episodes of Silo will be available to stream on Apple TV+ from May 5, 2023, with subsequent episodes released weekly.
