Check out this new trailer for the post-apocalyptic film I Think We’re Alone Now. The movie stars Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones) and Elle Fanning (Super 8) as they come together to work to survive in a world were most of the human race has been wiped out.
It’s different than most of the post-apocalyptic movies that you have ever seen. It’s a very well thought out study of two characters and Dinklage and Fanning both give unbelievable performances as these characters.
Here’s the synopsis:
Del (Peter Dinklage) is alone in the world. After the human race is wiped out, he lives in his small, empty town, content in his solitude and the utopia he’s methodically created for himself — until he is discovered by Grace (Elle Fanning), an interloper whose history and motives are obscure. Worse yet, she wants to stay. A visceral psychological journey, the film explores human behavior and the undeniable need for companionship.
The movie was directed by Emmy winner Reed Morano (The Handmaid’s Tale, Meadowland) from a screenplay by Mike Makowsky (Take Me, Bad Education). I Think We’re Alone Now will be released on September 21, 2018.
