Oscars Edition: Funny Honest Trailer For The 2023

With the 95th Academy Awards taking place later today, film enthusiasts and movie buffs alike are eagerly anticipating the announcement of this year’s Best Picture winner. In anticipation of the big event, Screen Junkies has released their snarky Honest Trailer that covers all ten of the 2023 Best Picture nominations.

Whether you’re a fan of the classic Top Gun franchise, excited to see the long-awaited sequel Top Gun: Maverick, or looking forward to the biopic about the legendary rockstar, Elvis, there is something for everyone in this year’s list of nominees.

Among the other nominees are the mind-bending sci-fi flick Everything Everywhere All At Once, the highly-anticipated sequel to James Cameron’s Avatar, Avatar: The Way of Water, and the hauntingly beautiful Irish drama Banshees of Inisherin.

The list is rounded out by three more unique offerings: Triangle of Sadness, a satirical take on the fashion industry; The Fabelmans, a semi-autobiographical film by director Steven Spielberg; and TÁR, a Hungarian drama about a young woman’s journey to discover her true identity.
