He recently celebrated his fourth birthday in style with a fancy selection of his favorite foods spread out before him.

After he got good and complete, his sister Hana joined the party and also got to enjoy some good food. Among Kotaro’s gifts were an Otterbox iPhone case, a new tie, and a pair of sunglasses.
