PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold August 2017 Free Games

Sony and Microsoft have both released the list of August 2017 free games that will be available to PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold members.

PlayStation Plus members are getting Just Cause 3 and Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry for the PlayStation 4, Super Motherload and Snakeball for the PlayStation 3, as well as Downwell (also for PS4) and Level 22 for the PS Vita.

Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games – two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360 – as part of the Games with Gold program. You can play both Xbox 360 titles on your Xbox One with Backward Compatibility. On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Slime Rancher the whole month and Trials Fusion from August 16 – September 15. On Xbox 360, fans can get Bayonetta from August 1 – 15 and Red Faction: Armageddon from August 16 – 31.
