Rockstar Games has revealed the brand new official trailer for the massively anticipated Wild West game Red Dead Redemption 2. Official trailer 3 show off the sky-high production values that Rockstar are achieved in their latest Western epic, the new trailer offers some of the glimpses into the dynamic of the game’s story and mayhem.
I have to say graphics look crisp and sharp and the detail of the world is simply insane, I for one cannot wait for October when this epic game hit the stores.
It was previously told, players will be managing outlaw Arthur Morgan in the fading embers of the Wild West. The trailer shows the action will be set in 1899, 12 long years before the events of the first Red Dead Redemption video game. We also have our first look at the Van Der Linde gang in its pomp, of which Morgan is a member, as a cabal of outlaws holds up trains, rob and fight in intense gunfights and share tales around a campfire.
In a press release accompanying the trailer, Rockstar also said:
“The end of the wild west era has begun as lawmen hunt down the last remaining outlaw gangs. Those who will not surrender or succumb are killed,”
“After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him.”
This new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer has had fans looking for new information and there already seems to be some evidence in the details. For example, the injured man at the end of the trailer has an incredible resemblance to John Marston, he was the hero in the first Red Dead Redemption video game.
