RoboCop: Rogue City Gameplay Trailer Is Packed With Brutal Cyborg Action

RoboCop: Rogue City

The highly anticipated RoboCop: Rogue City gameplay trailer has just been released as part of the Nacon Connect event, giving fans a glimpse into the world of the iconic cyborg in Old Detroit. The trailer showcases RoboCop’s unparalleled skills in maintaining law and order in the city, even in the midst of chaos and violence.

The gameplay footage reveals that RoboCop is armed with an arsenal of weapons, all concealed within his durable Titanium shell. His signature targeting system and a haymaker fueled by billions of dollars worth of OCP research and development make him a formidable force against the criminal elements of Old Detroit.

In a new addition to the character’s abilities, RoboCop can now break into a sprint and quickly close the distance between himself and his targets. Despite the trailer’s action-packed scenes and atmospheric detail, it does not feature RoboCop committing any acts of violence below the belt.

Scheduled for release in 2023 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, RoboCop: Rogue City is being developed by Teyon, the studio behind popular titles such as Rambo: The Video Game, Steel Empire, and Terminator: Resistance. Fans of the original RoboCop film will be delighted to know that Peter Weller will reprise his role in the game. The story features an all-new first-person perspective as players embark on an explosive hunt for the truth, deciding the best course of action for RoboCop to uphold his prime directives.

Aside from RoboCop: Rogue City, Nacon’s presentation also showcased several other upcoming releases, including The Lord of the Rings: Gollum and the psychological horror title Ad Infinitum. With so many exciting games on the horizon, it’s clear that Nacon is a publisher to keep an eye on in the coming months.
