Paramount+ has released the trailer for a new superhero movie called Secret Headquarters. Owen Wilson stars in the movie as a superhero that was chosen by aliens to be the protector of the planet. he’s basically like a different version of Iron Man, check out the trailer below.
The movie also stars Walker Scobell (The Adam Project) as his son, and he and his friends discover his dad’s secret and they get into some hijinks playing around with his dad’s advanced alien technology. A group of villains is cautioned after they use this tech and those villains venture on a mission to steal these state-of-the-art weapons.

The movie was directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (Nerve, Project Power,) and it looks familiar but fun. This movie isn’t doing anything new, different, or unique, but it looks like it will entertaining. The script was written by Thor: Ragnarok scribe Christopher Yost, and it’s produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.
Wilson and Scobell are joined by Jesse Williams, Keith L. Williams, Momona Tamada, Abby James Witherspoon, and Michael Peña.
Secret Headquarters will be released on Paramount+ on August 12th.
