Showtime’s AMERICAN GIGOLO New Trailer and Poster Starring Jon Bernthal

AMERICAN GIGOLO

Showtime sequel series American Gigolo second trailer is released, starring Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead). The series also stars Rosie O’Donnell, Wayne Brady, Gretchen Mol, Gabriel LaBelle, Lizzie Brocheré, Leland Orser, Alex Fernandez, and Mark Mahoney. The series was created by Ray Donovan writer/director/executive producer David Hollander.

The show is a sequel story to the 1980 movie of the same name written and directed by Paul Schrader, and starring Richard Gere in the role of Julian Kaye, which is the role Bernthal has taken on. It’s produced by Jon Bernthal, as well as Hollander, Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, and KristieAnne Reed.

Julian Kaye (Jon Bernthal), 15 years after being arrested for murder and struggling to find his footing in the modern-day Los Angeles sex industry, seeks the truth about the frame that sent him to prison all those years ago and also hoping to reconnect with his one true love, Michelle (Gretchen Mol).
