The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water Super Bowl Spot

Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies aired the hilarious Super Bowl for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. Stars Antonio Banderas, Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence and Douglas Lawrence.

As was already revealed with the debut of the film’s first trailer back in July, the latest adventure will see world’s favorite sea dwelling invertebrate come ashore to our world for his most super-heroic adventure yet. As such, the colorful residents of Bikini Bottom are set to take on superhero alter-egos.

Based on the hit animated series created by Stephen Hillenburg, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water is the second feature film to focus on the character after 2004’s The SpongeBob Movie. That film featured celebrity guest stars like Scarlett Johansson, Jeffrey Tambor, Alec Baldwin and David Hasselhoff.

Release Date February 6.
