Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is released this week and this means everyone’s talking about the marvelous fantasy series. Well, “everyone” includes Kyle Hill over at the YouTube show Because Science. In the new video on the channel, Hill chose to explore how Force Lightning (the signature move of Emperor Palpatine) could work using real-world physics. Hill casually talks about a potential way to make Force Lightning weak. This doesn’t change the fact that Star Wars is just a pleasant movie, but it can be enjoyable to look for possible explanations.
