Stephen Colbert Gave Jeff Sessions The Roast We All Were Waiting For

It was revealed that Jeff Sessions gave incorrect information about his relationship with the Russians through his confirmation hearing, administration officials have been in an uproar calling for Sessions to recuse himself from the Russian investigation. Some also asking him to resign.

This embarrassing incident, of course, became a topic of discussion for Stephen Colbert on Thursday night’s The Late Show. He points out that Sessions essentially “volunteer[ed] to lie” during his hearing. Colbert also pointed out the fact that Sessions has decided to save himself from the investigation, saying, “You don’t have to recuse yourself because you already f*cked yourself.”
