Frank Welker is coming back to provide the voice of Scooby-Doo and he’ll be joined by Zac Efron as Fred, Amanda Seyfried as Daphne, Gina Rodriguez as Velma, Will Forte as Shaggy, Tracy Morgan as Captain Caveman, and Kiersey Clemons as Dee Dee Skyes. Mark Wahlberg will play Blue Falcon, Jason Isaacs is voicing the villain Dick Dastardly, and Ken Jeong will play Blue Falcon’s sidekick, Dynomutt. Then there’s Iain Armitage from Young Sheldon and Mckenna Grace from Captain Marvel who are playing youthful versions of Shaggy and Daphne.
Scoob comes from director Tony Cervone and the story will based on the Mystery Inc. gang as they “join forces with other heroes of the Hanna-Barbera universe to save the world from Dick Dastardly and his evil plans…and this time, we are told, the threat is real.”
