CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 released Dec. 10. After so many delays and reports of crunch that made workers into six-day weeks, the end result is quite buggy, and not the game got the nickname “Cyberbug 2077” with players quickly find a lot of bugs and glitches. And an important lesson we can take from all this is that, while games we love will always be worth the wait, sending developers death threats to release the game faster is not the right way to get the game that you can actually play.
Some players are trying hard to play a not-so-great game, sharing the hilarious bugs they’ve faced under the #Cyberbug2077 hashtag.
It’s hard to move around in the world blurry textured waters of Cyberpunk 2077‘s half-baked release. On one hand, consumers have every right to be annoyed and pissed that the game they spent $60 on is not even playable at times, and even sometimes actively unplayable depending on where you’re playing, graphics take ages to load you actually have to stand around to load the textures. On the other hand, the people who worked on this game had to push themselves to the limit during a pandemic in order to release Cyberpunk on the third release date.
Lmao I love that Cyberpunk has a bug where the characters dicks are hanging out through the pants 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/SA1D1wGbTn

#cyberpunk2077 is such an amazing game. The world is fascinating. Sucks that it has crashed twice in 2 hours, is riddled with bugs and for some reason looks like a PS3 game on the #Ps5 #Cyberpunk pic.twitter.com/EX8fNIQUtr
