Warner Bros. released the official website for The Matrix franchise and it has something amazing for fans. It offered fans a first look at some footage from the new movie The Matrix: Resurrections and the footage that is revealed in the two teasers is very damn exciting and the fans seem to be loving it!
For those of you who haven’t visited whatisthematrix.com yet, the two teasers that you can watch there have now hit YouTube and you can watch them below! This is in preparation for the first full trailer, which will be released this week on Thursday, something that a lot of fans are looking forward to.
The movie stars Keanu Reeves as Neo, Carrie Ann-Moss as Trinity, Jada Pinkett-Smith as Niobe, Daniel Bernhardt as Agent Johnson, and Lambert Wilson as The Merovingian. Some of the other franchise newcomers include Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as a young Morpheus, Jessica Henwick, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra, Christina Ricci, and Jonathan Groff.
Lana Wachowski wrote and directed the movie and it’s set to release later this year on December 22, 2021!
